The data of the clients, travellers and suppliers each agency keeps in Cablan belongs to that agency: Cablan only processes it on its behalf, as processor. To exercise your rights over it, contact the agency. 2. Why, and on what basis - To provide and invoice the service (contract). - To answer support (contract). - To meet legal duties such as tax and invoicing (legal obligation). - To tell users about the service (legitimate interest; you may object at any time). - To answer website requests (consent when sending them). 3. For how long While the relationship lasts and then as long as the law requires (for instance six years for accounting and four for tax records). The contact details of interested agencies that do not sign up are deleted after a year without news. 4. Who receives it Our processors, processing the data in the EU: OVHcloud (hosting), Cloudflare (network and storage), Amazon Web Services (email and, if the agency uses it, AI), Stripe (subscription payments), Verifacti (VERI*FACTU invoicing) and Sentry (technical error logging, with no personal data but internal identifiers); and public bodies when the law requires. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). 6. Security Encryption in transit and of sensitive data at rest, one database per agency, encrypted backups, staff access with two-factor authentication and activity logs.
